It is important that, before starting, we defrost the prawns (in my case they were frozen and already cooked). Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and onion and add them to the plate. Cut the avocado and add 1/4 of it as well as the prawns and half a tub of fresh cheese to the plate. Add EVOO, vinegar and salt to taste.
