⤵️Ingredientes base: 👉🏼200gr hazelnut 👉🏼100gr of oat flakes 🌾. 👉🏼30gr of pure cocoa powder 🥄. 👉🏼4 dates. 👉🏼50gr coconut oil 🥥🥄. ⤵️Ingredientes filling: 👉🏼Nutella healthy (200gr hazelnuts + 2 tsp pure non-fat cocoa). 👉🏼350gr of protein cream cheese 🧀🥄. 👉🏼4 eggs 🥚. 👉🏼Esencia vanilla 🥄.

👉🏼Tritura all the ingredients of the base until you get a sandy but compact texture. 👉🏼Lleva the dough to a baking pan (mine is 15cm), compact the dough and put it in the fridge. 👉🏼Empezamos with the filling; we make the healthy nutella, grind the hazelnuts into a cream and add the cocoa and oil, until you get the desired texture. 👉🏼En a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla essence and erythritol and add the eggs one by one (better if the cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature). 👉🏼Por Finally add the healthy nutella and finish mixing little by little with wrapping movements trying not to let too much air in. 👉🏼Saca the mold from the refrigerator and insert the filling. 👉🏼Lleva the cheesecake with the oven previously heated to 180 with heat up and finish for about 30-35min. ✨ TRUCO! ✨ 👉🏼Cuando the time is up, turn off the oven and leave it open for about 15 min.
