Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and feta cheese

For this recipe, we will use 2 large or 4 small tomatoes. We wash and grate the tomatoes 🍅.

In a frying pan, put a little EVOO and add the grated tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 10/15 minutes, stirring from time to time to remove excess water.

Beat the 3 eggs and add them to the pan with the tomato. Renew until everything is well mixed.

Serve and add pieces of feta cheese and oregano to taste. Enjoy! ☺🍅🧀
