Whole wheat bagels with few ingredients

Mix the Greek yogurt with the whole wheat flour and yeast until well blended. If necessary, add more flour.

Make portions (I got 8). Form a ball and then a churro to make the donut shape.

Brush the bagel with egg yolk so that the seeds stick to both sides and the edge.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes and it's ready. Let cool and fill with whatever you like.
