Preparación de la receta
1
We make oat flour, crushing the flakes. I will have used 3-4 heaping tablespoons of oatmeal that I had already made and stored in a jar.
2
Depending on the amount of flour we use, we add the other ingredients. The seeds, a pinch of salt, a pinch of yeast, a dash of sesame oil (or whatever we want), a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder and a dash of sesame oil (or whatever we want).
3
And finally, the water. Add little by little and mix the ingredients so as not to overdo it. It should be a thick mixture, so that it does not "run" when it is poured into the final mold.
4
Depending on the quantity, we will pour all the batter (for a single toast) or we will do it several times for more toasts. With these approximate quantities, I made it in one batch. Keep in mind: it is a hard toast, it will not be possible to cut it as a sandwich once it is made. You will have to choose the thickness you want before toasting.
5
In a microwave-safe mold (I used silicone so that it does not stick) put the dough at maximum power for about 5 minutes. The time will depend on the quantity used, the thickness of the bread, the power of the microwave... So keep an eye on it. Take it out when it is rigid (it should not bend or break when lifted), but it should look like stale bread.
6
As I say, it was improvised because I had no bread or eggs, but I liked the result. I will try to improve the recipe. I accept your suggestions for improvement in the comments 😉!
