Baked salmon with quinoa

Preheat the oven to 180°C with heat from above and below.

Place the piece of salmon on a baking tray with baking paper and add a drizzle of olive oil and salt, pepper, oregano, basil and thyme to taste.

Put the salmon in the oven at medium high and cook it for 15-20 minutes. The last few minutes we will raise the temperature a little or use the grill function of the oven to brown it a little.

On the other hand we cook the quinoa. We will put three parts of water for each part of quinoa. We will use the quantity to taste. I add half a measuring cup for one serving.

MANUAL OPTION: We put the water to boil and add the quinoa and a few drops of oil so that it does not stick. We cook it for about 10 minutes.

GM OVEN OPTION: Add the quinoa and water to the container, close the lid and program the turbo menu for 4 minutes.

Once the quinoa and salmon are ready, plate them and add a pinch of salt to taste, a dash of olive oil and a little cumin to taste.
