While the quinoa is cooking, soak the dates.

Blend the dates and banana.

Mix all the ingredients while preheating the oven to 180 degrees.

Shape the cookies, add the toppings (optional) and place on the baking sheet.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (the temperature is not sure as my oven is like ....).
