Baked sea bass with vegetables

We put the sea bass in the oven (I ask for it clean and whole) for about 20 minutes at 180º.

In a casserole we poach a chopped onion with a pinch of salt. When it is a little transparent add the leek and let it fry together.

Cut the zucchini into small squares and add it to the sauce. To cook it before I advise you to leave the pan covered for a couple of minutes and do not raise the heat too much so that the bottom does not burn.

After about 5 minutes add the crushed tomato and leave it all for about 10 minutes, until the tomato has released its water. After a few minutes add the black olives and let it rest.

Serve on a plate or in a tupper and that's it!
