Cook the potatoes. Mix when soft with a tablespoon of butter and milk until a homogeneous and consistent mass is formed.

Brown the minced meat in a frying pan.

Put the potato dough in a wide glass bowl, reserve a part of it. Add the minced meat and fried tomato on top until it covers. Then add the reserved potato mixture on top.

Add grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°, the time will depend on each oven, keep checking until the cheese melts and browns a little. In my case it was half an hour, 45 min. READY.
