In a pot cook the bulgur according to the package. In my case it was 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the asparagus into pieces and the broccoli into florets.

In the pressure cooker cook the broccoli for 7 minutes and in a frying pan sauté the asparagus for 3 minutes.

Once the bulgur is ready, add the chickpeas, asparagus and broccoli.

Mix everything together and add avocado cubes on top.
