Split the sweet potato, grate it with a knife in the middle and bake it at 180° for 50-60 minutes or until you prick it and it is soft.

While we cook the broccoli al dente, cut the cherries, cut the avocado into cubes, and pass through the pan the cooked chickpeas with a little hot paprika (or sweet if you prefer).

For the sauce: mix the cream with the lemon and the spices (garlic, onion and pepper, a little salt) and with a fork mix well for a few minutes until it thickens (this happens when mixing lemon with cream). Keep tasting until you find the taste pleasant. Be careful not to overdo it with the lemon!

Then with a spoon we break the flesh of the sweet potato and fill with our ingredients.
