Asparagus with smoked salmon

Cut the asparagus in half, add the smoked salmon cut into small pieces. Add the cherry and the chopped boiled egg.

I heated the avocado in the microwave for a minute and a half (I'm allergic and can't eat it otherwise 🤦) but the truth is that it tastes good so I encourage you to try it 🤷.

To dress in a small glass, whisk a little EVOO with lemon juice and pepper.

Garnish with sunflower seeds and seeds and enjoy.
