Ingredients: 500g flour 320 ml water 3 tablespoons of oil 1 teaspoon salt 12 g fresh yeast

Place the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and add the warm water (previously a few seconds in the microwave), together with the yeast, which we crumble, the oil and finally the salt.

We move the mixture initially with a fork or spoon and when it becomes impossible we move to the hands 🤲🏼.

Knead for about 5-10 minutes on the work surface with a little flour sprinkled on top until a uniform texture is obtained and molded into a ball.

In another bowl, add a little olive oil and with the hand paint the inside of the bowl with that little oil and then place the dough inside. Cover with 2 rags and put in the oven without being in operation. (Optional, on the dough in the bowl before covering it I have poured a few drops of oil on top of the dough and I have spread it).

After 2 hours, the dough will have doubled in size. Here I have put the dough on the table, and divided it into 2; 1 straight to the freezer and the other to eat! ☺️

*Put the oven to heat up to 180°. With a rolling pin, I stretched the dough into the right shape. On the tray I have put baking paper and on this, the final dough well stretched. From here imagination 🤩. I have put crushed natural tomato base mixed with oregano for more flavor, mozzarella, many ingredients and again enough oregano!!!!! 😍

Bake in a preheated 180° oven! I've had it about 10-15 minutes only with heat from below to make the dough a little and then about 15-20 minutes with heat up and down to be done completely! In my case the edges have come out chubby so I've had it longer, if it comes out thinner it would need less time 😋
