Fry the onion, zucchini and mushrooms in a frying pan until the vegetables are soft and done.

While the vegetables are cooking, in a bowl, mix the whipped egg whites with the can of tuna, the whipped cream cheese and some cheese (reserve for the final layer on top).

In a baking pan, place the 4 pancakes around them, making the shape of the pan with the curled ends facing up.

Pour all the mixture into the mold and add the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for 30 min 180° up and down heat (preheat the oven before starting).
