In the grinder, grind the nuts until the oils are extracted.

In a small saucepan, cook the dates in 50 ml of vegetable milk for 10 minutes. Add them to the grinder, together with the cocoa and the egg white. Grind well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Place on a plate and add part of the quinoa, stir well. Place the mixture on the baking tray, spread with a cat's tongue and add more puffed quinoa on top, which we will crush with the help of another baking paper so that it is integrated into the sticks.

Bake for 10 minutes, cut into bars and let cool in the refrigerator.
