Cut vegetables into slices (the garlic is whole with the skin), put baking paper on the tray and brush with oil.

Place a bed of vegetables, salt and brush with oil. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°.

Put the gilthead breams on top of the baked vegetables and add a little oil and salt. Lower the oven to 180° and bake for 20 minutes more (depending on the size of the gilthead bream).
