Roast the pumpkin in the microwave until it is soft enough to mash. The 100 grams is the weight once the pumpkin has been mashed.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender glass.

Incorporate the mixture into the pan and form your pancakes in the size you want.

Accompany with your favorite topping. In my case I added hazelnut cream, melted chocolate 85% and canary banana.
