Drain chickpeas and place all ingredients in a blender.

Bake them in the oven for half an hour. I recommend coating them with beaten egg. They may need more time, I recommend testing the hardness.

For the yogurt sauce

Greek yogurt, a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a dash of oil, pepper, parsley and garlic. Mash or mix everything, (mix especially if it is grated garlic). My personal touch is a little bit of orange juice, it gives it a fresher and fruitier flavor.
