Mash the beets, chickpeas and flaxseeds to a paste.

Form two balls with the mixture and shape them into hamburger patties, put them on a frying pan and grill until golden brown.

Cut the onion and put it in a frying pan on the grill until it is golden brown, while you cut the potato into very thin slices and put them in a plate in the microwave for about 7/ 8 min.

Toast the bread and spread it with the tomato, put the lettuce, the beet fillet, the cheese on top to melt and the onion, cover with the other bread.

Take the potatoes out of the microwave when they are ready and season them to taste!
