Chop the vegetables and put them in a frying pan over medium heat.

When they are almost browned, add the garlic. And spices such as oregano and dill. When the garlic is almost burnt, cover just enough wine.

We put the pot to cook with 1200ml mineral water, in my case. When it starts to boil, add the spaghetti, with a dash of oil and 2-3 bay leaves.

After 2-3 minutes we add to the pot the following spices: garlic and onion powder, nutmeg and paprika. All to the taste of each one.

We return to the pan. Once the wine has evaporated, add the tuna and fry it for a minute. Then add the soft cooking cream.

Put the pan over low heat with the cream and a splash of mineral water (or tap water). We will leave it for a few minutes until it is half thickened.

We are pending to put aside the pot with spaghetti after 8-9 mins of starting to boil. Let stand half a minute.

Strain the pasta, leave a little of the boiled water. Add the pasta and the sauce from the pan and that's it! 🍝😋
