We start by preparing the base of our pizza. In a blender cup add an egg, egg whites, oat flour, a pinch of yeast and salt and spices to taste (I used pepper, onion powder and garlic powder). Beat well and let it rest for a few minutes.

Heat a non-stick frying pan brushed with a little olive oil.

While it is heating, we cut the ingredients of our pizza to have them ready for when the dough is ready. I have used a spoonful of tomato for the base, cooked ham, mozzarella, tomatoes, onion, oregano and grated cheese, but you can use whatever you like.

Add the base mixture to the pan and let it cook over medium heat. When one side of the dough is ready, flip it over to cook the other side. This is the moment to add the pizza ingredients. Cover so that it continues to cook and the cheese melts.

After a few minutes, our pizza is ready to eat!
