Beat the leftover rice with a little water, very little! Until it is a homogeneous compound, creamy but very dense. Arrange in an airfryer mold, pouring a very thin drizzle on the base and on top of the rice. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. After 7 minutes take it out and turn the Gnocchi with a spoon in a very energetic and fast way, put it back in for another 7 minutes.

Once they are done, I have saut茅ed them in a pan with oil, parsley, smoked paprika, garlic and hot paprika. But you can saut茅 them as you prefer. The important thing is to put them in the sauce on one side, leave them for two minutes and turn them over for another two minutes. This will keep the Gnocchi from falling apart and they will remain compact.
