Beat the leftover rice with a little water, very little! Until it is a homogeneous compound, creamy but very dense. Arrange in an airfryer mold, pouring a very thin drizzle on the base and on top of the rice. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. After 7 minutes take it out and turn the Gnocchi with a spoon in a very energetic and fast way, put it back in for another 7 minutes.
