Cut the garlic and fry it together with the bread slice with the two tablespoons of oil.

Crush half of the fried garlic together with the bread and water.

Add the previous puree to the pot along with the beans, the paprika, salt, and the garlic that is not crushed.

Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the beans are tender, add more water as it is consumed. At the end I add two eggs and voila.
