Line a springform pan with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with heat up and down. *Tip: to better adapt the paper, we can moisten it a little and it would fit much better😉.

In a food processor, add the dates (soaked a few minutes before in hot water) and process until they become a thick paste. And, add the roasted pumpkin, and puree everything very well so that dates and pumpkin are well integrated.

Add: oil and eggs. And, grind again.

Add: flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix well, and take it to the mold, and bake it in the oven: 35 min./180 degrees.

After that time, prick it with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. If it doesn't come out, leave it a little longer, but lower the temperature to 150 degrees, and bake it for 5 more minutes. After that time, do the toothpick test again, and if it comes out clean, leave it in the oven, already turned off!

We will decorate with 85% chocolate melted in the microwave in 30 second intervals! Enjoy!!!!🤎
