Put 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 carrots, half a green bell pepper, 1 diced or sliced potato, 2 bay leaves and the hake in a pot.

Set aside the prawn heads and remove them (I grind them with a little broth and strain it to get all the juice out). Set aside the hake and shred. Take all the vegetables, except the potato and mash with the blender. Add everything to the pot with the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.

Make a mayonnaise with 1 egg, salt, EVOO and lemon.

To make the gazpachuelo, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise per plate and stirring constantly, add the broth little by little so that it does not run out.
