With a little oil in the pan we pass the tofu previously marinated (in my case with soy sauce, thyme, paprika, basil and garlic powder).

When it is a little overcooked, add the onion.

While the onion is cooking, grate the zucchini.

When the onion is soft, add the zucchini, the sardines and the dried tomato. We leave it over medium heat until it is to our liking (I don't like the zucchini to be too soft).
