Beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. Make them foamy.

Chop the raw pumpkin + pitted dates. If the dates are very dry they can be put in water for a few minutes (drain very well with a clean cloth). Add the chopped pumpkin to the eggs and beat.

Grate an apple or a pear (without skin) and add. We also add the oil.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the sachet of baking powder. Add to the previous mixture and beat.
