Preparación de la receta

Beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. Make them foamy.

Chop the raw pumpkin + pitted dates. If the dates are very dry they can be put in water for a few minutes (drain very well with a clean cloth). Add the chopped pumpkin to the eggs and beat.

Grate an apple or a pear (without skin) and add. We also add the oil.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the sachet of baking powder. Add to the previous mixture and beat.

Add the cinnamon and other optional ingredients: raisins, nuts, chopped almonds, grated orange.... Slightly beat.

Previously we will have turned on the oven at 190° up and down. Grease with oil a circular mold (roll or roscón type) and spread the dough (it is very thick).

Sprinkle with cinnamon, grated orange, pieces of apple.... Whatever we like.
