Put a little bit of oil in the pan and when it is hot add the handful of prawns, the whole zucchini, the onion powder and season with salt and pepper (I added a little turmeric and sweet paprika).

When the zucchini has softened a little bit, crumble half an avocado with a spoon over everything we have in the pan.
