We prepare a frying pan to the fire. Make it over medium heat, otherwise it will burn. With a spoon we put small circles of dough. We wait for bubbles to come out to turn it over and we make them a moment more on the other side.

Once they are done, serve with whatever you like. It can be chocolate, cream, ice cream, candies or whatever you like.

I make everything and if I have leftovers I keep them in a tupper in the fridge for the next day.
