we gather all the ingredients: - oil + garlic - onion - small natural tomato - sweet paprika - oregano - green beans - sliced mushrooms - whole wheat pasta ⚠️ quantities of my dish in the photos.

we make a sauce of onion, sliced tomato, garlic and olive oil. On the other hand, we cook the whole wheat pasta.

As the sofrito is cooking, add a pinch of oregano and sweet paprika. and add half a glass of the pasta cooking water to the sauce, a pinch of salt and integrate.
