Mix the wheat (or spelt) flour with the water. Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained and add spices to taste (basil, garlic and onion powder, paprika, oregano).

Roll out with a rolling pin to obtain a thin dough and put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees to make it crispy.

We take it out and add ingredients to taste: crushed natural tomato, onion, bell pepper, tuna/tofu. You can add whatever you like.

Put the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. When you see that all the cheese is melted and the edges begin to rise, it is ready, although it depends on taste.
