Sautéed mushrooms with yogurt sauce

We prepare the ingredients: - Clean the mushrooms (if they are very large, cut them in halves or quarters). - Cut the onion into small squares - Chop one garlic and parsley - Grate the other garlic (for the yogurt sauce)

In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil. Add the onion and fry it for 1-2 minutes over low heat.

Then add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the mushrooms and sauté, turning frequently, until golden brown.

When browned, add the chopped garlic and continue sautéing. Now season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté a couple of times and, finally, sprinkle with parsley. Remove from heat.

For the yogurt sauce, mix in a bowl the glass of natural Greek yogurt with grated garlic, thyme, salt and chopped dill.

Serve: spread the yogurt with the spices in a circular shape on a plate and place the mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with a little more parsley and sweet paprika and enjoy!
