Sweet and sour turkey with brown rice

Cut the turkey and marinate it for a while while you prepare the rest (10 g soy sauce, 5 g apple cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon EVOO). Remove the pits from the dates and soak in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash and cut the peppers into medium squares.

Make the sweet and sour sauce with the soaked dates, 200 ml of water, 40 ml of soy sauce, 30 ml of apple cider vinegar and 20 g of tomato sauce. You can add the starch if you see that it is too liquid at the end, remember to mix it with the water of the time.

Heat a pot with oil and sauté the bell pepper for about 15 minutes, put the turkey in a separate pan and when it is almost done add it to the pot. Add also the mushrooms, mix everything and let it cook for about 5 minutes. While we do all this we can leave making brown rice to accompany.
