Chop the vegetables and sauté them in the oil for a few minutes. Add the spices and stir to toast a little and intensify the flavors.

Add the broth and the chickpeas. As the tomato I used is chunky, I have crushed it with the coconut milk and added it all to the pan. You can also add them separately. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes and it's ready.

I served it on a bed of rice, coriander leaves and toasted sesame seeds.
