Cut the apple into small cubes (with or without peel, as you wish).

Put all the dry ingredients in a saucepan with the apple and mix well.

Add the water and soy milk and stir a little.

Turn on the fire and when it starts to boil lower it to simmer for about 5-10 min without stopping to stir so it does not stick (play with the time until you get the texture you want, beware that when it cools it becomes more doughy).

If you want to make it in the microwave, mix everything in a cup and heat in batches of 1 minute until you get the texture you want.

Pd: I used HSN food speculoos flavor soy protein, but I couldn't find it to put it in ingredients. You can use whatever you want.
