When the water is boiling, add the beans and a pinch of coarse salt. Let them cook for 5 minutes, then wash them under cold water to stop the cooking and to keep the intense green color.

Prepare the marinade with: soy sauce, Aove and date paste. To make the date paste just put some washed and pitted dates in hot water for about 15 minutes, then remove them from the water and beat them with the blender adding a teaspoon of water to make the paste creamier. Put all the ingredients close together. I used buckwheat breadcrumbs. Slightly dry the beans from the water. Toss them in the marinade and then in the breadcrumbs and arrange on a tray with baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees about 15 minutes, 10 minutes ventilated and 5 minutes grill. Be careful not to burn them.
