The quantities of the puree are indicative and are those that appear at the beginning of the recipe, not in the ingredients section. First, peel and chop the onion, leek, potatoes, pumpkin and carrot.

In a saucepan add the oil and sauté the onion and leek. When they are poached, add the potatoes, the carrot, the pumpkin and the peas. Cover with water.

Bring to a boil and add salt to taste. Let it cook until the vegetables are done. Once cooked, we can remove broth before blending and add it according to the thickness we want for our puree. Once mashed, serve and add the toppings you want.
