Cut 2 bananas into small slices and microwave for 2 minutes.

Then we mash the banana with a fork, add a little bit of cinnamon, the oat flakes and cereals (I added a little less than half a glass), a little bit of flour and a small splash of olive oil.

Stir all the ingredients with a fork and if desired, cut 2 ounces of chocolate into small pieces and mix with all the ingredients.

When we have everything well mixed, we make small balls and put them on the baking paper. Flatten them a little so that they have a round cookie shape, and that's it. 25 minutes at 200°C in the oven.
