In a mixer bowl put an egg, 2 egg whites, a can of tuna previously drained, a little oregano and half a teaspoon of baker's yeast.

We beat everything well until there are no lumps and pour the mixture into a microwave Tupperware (I used a lekue).

Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes and it's ready.

If you want it fluffy, wait for it to cool and if you like it toasted, you can toast it in the toaster or sandwich maker.
