Activate the yeast in warm water. Stir and wait for bubbles to come out, so we will know that it has been activated correctly. Preheat oven to 120 degrees

Brush the baking pan with oil. Put it in the oven already heated for 10 minutes. Take it out after 10 minutes. While the mold is heating up, mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead very well until you get a homogeneous dough. Heat the oven to 220 degrees while the dough is fermenting.

Add the bread dough to the mold and let it rise for 30 minutes. Once risen, bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove the baked bread from the oven. On a baking rack put the bread upside down and finish baking at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Now our bread is ready. Let it cool and enjoy!
