First, grate the carrots and put them in a bowl together with the olive oil, the almond drink and the two egg whites. Mix all the ingredients well.

Next, add the flour and yeast (sifted) to the mixture and continue mixing.

Then, add the oat flakes and cinnamon (I usually add a lot of cinnamon because I like its flavor). Continue mixing until all the ingredients are integrated.

Finally, pour the mixture into a baking dish and add a handful of chopped walnuts (you can also mix the walnuts with the dough to integrate them) and a little more cinnamon. We put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees (although it depends on the oven) and that's it!

I eat it as it is, I don't put any topping on it so as not to add more calories, since I like it that way...But you can make a topping with date paste, fresh cheese and protein... and it will be delicious for sure!
