Preparación de la receta

First prepare a base although it can also be made without a base. The ingredients for the base are listed here: 50 grams of oat flakes, 50 grams of peanut butter and half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Beat everything well and place in the mold you are going to use baking paper and spread with a spoon. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.

For the filling. Cook the pumpkin 🎃. Then whizz all the ingredients together with the pumpkin in a food processor.

Pour into the mold on the base or if you do not prepare a base on baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (depending on the oven, it should be golden brown and fluffy on the outside and creamy on the inside).

Allow to cool to room temperature and place in the refrigerator for half an hour to allow it to set.
