In a bowl, put the meat and mix with the garlic, parsley and onion powder until everything is well integrated.

To give it the shape of a hamburger, I used a round dessert mold and shaped them with my hands.

In a frying pan, griddle or grill, put a little EVOO (I used a spray) and cook the hamburgers until they are cooked to taste.

While they are cooking, you can chop the onion and tomato (or whatever you are going to use) in the quantity you want. You can even add cheese and the sauces you like the most.

Finally, after having made the meat and chopped the other ingredients, the only thing left to do is to assemble the burger!
