Grind the powdered milk together with the milk and 1 date until a texture similar to condensed milk is obtained.

Add the grated coconut until you can create a dough that is not too sticky, you can adjust more or less. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator to harden and make it easy to handle.

Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave.

Take out the dough, make small balls with your hands, put in a cashew nut (or any other nut of your choice) and dip them in the melted chocolate. Put them on baking paper and put them in the fridge until they harden completely.
