🍋 STEPS - Whisk everything very well. - Preheat the fryer for 3 minutes at 160 degrees. - Grease the mold and fill it with the homogeneous mixture. - Leave it in the fryer for 35 minutes at 150 degrees. - When the time is over, do not open the fryer for 10 minutes. - Let it cool, unmold and sprinkle with coconut flour. PS: I am going to leave you 5 tips so that it is not raw inside: 1. Always preheat. 2. Use a doughnut mold so that the air circulates better. 3. Cover the first 15 minutes if the mold is not a doughnut mold and/or the last 15 minutes with aluminum foil as long as the mold is heavy and you can put the aluminum foil under the mold so it doesn't blow away. 4. Better to increase the time than the temperature, as you can see mine I have done it at 150 degrees. 5. DO NOT open the fryer at the end of the time, leave it inside for 10 minutes so that it does not fall and by the way, if it lacks some cooking time it will be done with the residual heat.
