If the vegetables are frozen, put the beans, peas and pineapple in a skillet and cook over low heat until thawed. Then you can turn up the heat and cook to taste.

In a second pan, cook the seitan and onion to taste.

Once all the ingredients are ready, put them all together in one pan. Add salt to taste.

Add a little teriyaki sauce, stir and let stand over medium heat. When the sauce is well integrated, it is ready to serve.
