The first thing we are going to make is the condensed coconut milk by beating 125g of powdered milk, 125 ml of coconut drink and a teaspoon of liquid stevia for one minute. Put it in a jar and leave it in the fridge for an hour to thicken.

We emptied 14 passion fruits: They are so tiny that inside they have about a teaspoon of pulp 🙈. We put it in a strainer and squeeze it so that everything comes out.

Pour into cups or glasses and place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.

Then all that remains is to decorate them with the remaining passion fruit, mango, mint and grated coconut.

The pulp that came out weighs only 30 g but it is enough. We reserve it
