Grease the muffin tin with a little oil to prevent sticking and then place the spinach leaves in each muffin tin.

Once the leaves are in place, dice the tomatoes and put 2/3 pieces in each mold. Also put 2 feta cheeses in each mold.

While you place the ingredients, beat the 4/5 eggs (depending on the size of the molds) and add 1 tsp of onion powder, salt and pepper.

The last step is to put beaten egg in each muffin tin and put in the oven for 10/15 minutes at 180º. Watch the oven to see that they are rising.

Take them out of the oven when you see that they have risen.
