Chili nachos with meat and cheese

We start preparing the chili, dice the onion and the bell pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan or casserole and add the teaspoon of cumin.

A minute later add the garlic and without letting it toast, add the onion and bell pepper.

Once they start to poach, add the 400gr of minced meat and stir it while it cooks at medium/high heat (at 7).

When the meat is loose, add the sweet paprika and cayenne powder, although it can be substituted by another type of spice that we prefer.

Stir and add the crushed tomato, a little water and the red beans.

Let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC from top and bottom.

Once the time has elapsed, place the nachos in a baking dish and add the chili.

Put the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Once we see that the cheese is well melted, remove the dish and enjoy!
