Oatmeal, chocolate and hazelnut cookies

Pit and chop the dates and dried figs. Put them in a glass with the hot oat drink to rehydrate.

On one side, mix the dry ingredients and beat/crush the dates, figs, egg yolks and milk on the other side.

Whisk in the egg whites and fold in the wet ingredient mixture with a spatula.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well, you can knead if it is more comfortable.

Leave the dough in plastic wrap for at least 1h in the refrigerator.

Shape the cookies and decorate them (I put peanut butter in the center, toasted hazelnuts and 85% chocolate).

After heating the oven to 200°, bake the cookies at 180° for 8-12 minutes with fan and heat up and down.
